Applying for Space
These instructions are for Academic Events taking place during New Student Orientation. Please take a look at the guidelines below to help you navigate our portal. If you have additional questions, please reach out to our office at (215) 898-5552. You will find the links to apply for space below. If clicking a link with a lock icon, you will be taken away from ULSE’s webpage to our request portal where you will need to sign-in with your PennKey.
How do I apply?
First, you will need to input your date, start/end times, and the total number of expected attendees. After inputting this information, you will be taken to a page where you will select “Any Space” and continue to the application. Within the application, you will be able to let us know your building/space preferences. From there, we will assign the space to your reservation on our end.
