Applications for ULSE Spaces and Central Pool Classrooms use two different application portals. We do not reserve external-serving events during the academic year. See the links below for more information.

Space & Events will be accepting requests for Summer & Fall 2026 beginning February 23rd, 2026. Come back then to submit your inquiry! Please keep in mind we will be accepting requests for events beginning May 19th, 2026 through December 18th, 2026.
