Applications for ULSE Spaces and Central Pool Classrooms use two different application portals. We do not reserve external-serving events during the academic year. See the links below for more information.

Space & Events has opened early reservations for the Penn Community (RSOs and Penn Departments/Centers) for Spring 2026 events (January 5th, 2026 - May 18th, 2026). See the timeline below for more information. Please keep in mind that CPC reservations for the Spring 2026 semester will not open until January 21st, 2026.
Please note: Space & Events adheres to the Temporary Standards and Procedures for Campus Events and Demonstrations set forth by President J. Larry Jameson on June 6, 2024.
