Important Reservation Information for Space and Events

In our effort to remain student serving, Houston Hall has revised the uses of some spaces throughout the building. In order to prioritize student use and community-building, our public spaces, such as the Game Room (formerly known as Bistro) and the Reading Room, are considered “as is” while classes are in session.

Processing Period

    • Considering the volume of applications Space and Events receives at the start of an application cycle, applications for each semester open the semester prior to allow for adequate processing time.
    • During the processing period, we process requests based on the priority schedule below.
    • After the processing period, events are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The Fall 2024 processing period ended  on May 18th.
