Spring 2027 Requests
Space & Events will begin accepting requests for the Spring 2027 semester on Monday, October 12th, 2026. If you have questions regarding the early application process, please consult our Reservation Process page.
Applications for ULSE Spaces and Central Pool Classrooms use two different application portals. We do not reserve external-serving events during the academic year. See the links below for more information.
Summer & Fall 2026 Reservation Requests
Space & Events is now accepting requests for Summer & Fall 2026! Follow the link below to submit your request. Please keep in mind we are accepting requests for events with dates between May 19th, 2026 through December 18th, 2026.
