Applying for Space
Please take a look at the guidelines below to help you navigate our portal. If you have additional issues, please reach out to our office at (215) 898-5552. You will find the links to apply for space below. If clicking a link with a lock icon, you will be taken away from ULSE’s webpage to our request portal where you will need to sign-in with your PennKey.
Filtering (Finding Space)
Our request portal uses filters in order to find available spaces that fit your criteria. However, this process will often filter out spaces that may still be able to accommodate your event. Please try to use only the Date, Start/End Time, # Of Attendees, and Setup fields in order to find space. If you are still having trouble, try using the “As Is” setup to find space.
Application Form
Our application is thorough for a number of reasons; it is very important that you have all event details ready when you apply. We will need as much information as possible in order to ensure event feasibility and to streamline the coordination process.

Student Reservations
Space & Events offers Office of Student Affairs Registered Student Organizations priority access to our portfolio of spaces for meetings, rehearsals, performances, and social gatherings. We offer some complimentary services for Registered Student Organizations; please see our Student Reservation Information page for more information. Additionally, see the links below if you are looking to reserve a Group Study Room or need to register your Student Organization with the Office of Student Affairs.

Space & Events is happy to offer event reservations to Penn-Affiliated Departments, Schools, and Centers. Please note during early application periods that Space & Events prioritizes reservations for Registered Student Organizations.
