Student Advisory Council
The University Life Space & Events Student Advisory Council (ULSE-SAC) thirteen members apply to serve each year and are chosen from across Penn’s academic colleges. ULSE-SAC Members play a vital role in shaping the student experience within our spaces. Members contribute ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate on innovative projects to enhance our department (ULSE) and the division of University Life.

Office of Student Affairs
The Office of Student Affairs has responsibility for student activities and governance, University Life leadership programs, and campus-wide special events such as Family Weekend, Spring Fling, Hey Day and Ivy Day.
They are available to assist students and Penn community members in person Monday through Friday 9-5pm in room 200 Houston Hall, as well as virtually.
Spiritual & Religious Life Center
Whether you want to maintain your relationship with your faith or explore possibilities, SPARC is here to support you! If faith is of interest to you, we encourage you to explore The Spiritual and Religious Life Center (SPARC)—pronounced “spark”—one of Penn’s cultural resource centers.
At SPARC, everyone is welcome, regardless of religious affiliation. The Center, located in Houston Hall 2nd Floor, and provides a home on campus for students, faculty, and staff with an interest in religious and spiritual study, meditation, and exploration. It’s the central source for information about religious and spiritual groups on campus and local houses of worship.
Copy Center
Students can visit the UCS Copy Center located on the ground floor of Houston Hall to get copies, flyers and posters made. Learn more about the various copy services available to students and place orders by visiting the UCS Copy Center website.
