Student groups and organizations are given the opportunity to reserve rooms and spaces within Houston Hall, Irvine Auditorium, The ARCH, College Green, Penn Commons and Central Pool Classrooms through Space and Events Management.

Ways to Reserve
Student groups are incentivized to host events and reserve our spaces in the following ways:
- No room reservation fees will be charged.
- Each space reservation comes with six round tables and eight chairs for each table provided for the event at no cost.
