Student groups and organizations are given the opportunity to reserve rooms and spaces within Houston Hall, Irvine Auditorium, the ARCH, College Green, Penn Commons, and Central Pool Classrooms through Space & Events.

Student Reservation Incentives
Registered Student Organizations are incentivized to utilize our spaces for events in the following ways:
- No space fees will be charged (RSOs receive the room itself for free).
- RSOs are eligible to receive 6 tables of any kind without linens and an unlimited amount of chairs.
- RSOs receive 1 complimentary A/V package. Students may choose between:
- A screen and projector and a podium with 1 microphone OR
- A JBL PartyBox with 1 microphone.
Please keep in mind RSOs are allotted one complimentary A/V package per day. This means that even if you have multiple spaces reserved, only one space will receive the complimentary package. Follow the link below to learn more about costs associated with your event.
